"This place has been a hit or miss for me in the past, but my girlfriend was craving pho, so I went ahead with my order. The food arrived fresh, so that was a great sign. The noodle to meat portion for the Ribeye Beef Pho Rice Noodle Soup with meatball was great and the broth was hot, flavorful. The eel Korean kimbap seaweed rice roll was also fresh and the eel was still hot off the grill. Baby octopus Korean rice cake in hot spicy pepper sauce was spicy and the sauce tasted a little different from the typical tteokboki sauce that is more gochujang forward tasting. This one is more spicy, alittle more runny and you get hints of the gochujang flavor on the back end. The tteokboki and sauce are the star and the octopuses were a great supporting role to the dish. We were so full that we didn't have a chance to try the Coconut garlic snail so that will be for lunch. one knock is the THAI MILK TEA WITH TAPIOCA PEARL is way too sweet. I had to add at least 8-10 fl oz water to balance."

I ordered 2 1. Classic Cheese and Sauce pizzas, and as you can see in the pics, they look vastly different - as if there's no standard when making them.
After reading the reviews, I was hoping to be wowed, and decided to spend the money ($29 + tip) to try it out...unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. One of the pizzas was visibly burnt & I learned the hard way that the burnt taste permeates the entire slice. There's no way getting around that taste.
I didn't care for the side of spicy ranch - a side of spicy marinara would have been perfection, and may have helped mask the burnt crust taste.
Overall 5/10. I would never waste my money on this ever again. In fact, I prefer Andreas Pizza - even Little Caesars or Pizza Hut - over this."

"We ordered from Slice for the first time last night, and when the order came, my pizza was made incorrectly. I called the store, and the girl that answered looked at the order, acknowledging they did indeed make the pizza incorrectly. She proceeded to tell me we're closed now, I don't know what you want me to do about it, contact Doordash. Very disappointing answer.
BUT, after a short time my phone was ringing and to my surprise it was the owner of the restaurant. He took time out of his only day off (we all know how precious a day off is) wanting to make it right. Now, if that's not top-notch customer service, I don't know what is!

"Pizza looked amazing and the toppings were well balanced. The cheese, pepperoni, and overall presentation were all solid, and the flavor was good, though nothing particularly memorable. My biggest issue was the crust. The bottom was extremely tough—so much so that I couldn’t easily cut through it with a fork. Instead of being light, airy, and doughy like I expect from this style of pizza, it was dense and difficult to chew.
The other factor was the price. This was a fairly expensive pizza, so my expectations were higher. Given the cost, I was hoping for a more memorable flavor and a better crust texture. If the crust had been softer with a little more lift, this would have been a much stronger pizza overall."
