Every single bite was packed with flavor and seasoning. Nothing tasted bland or like it was missing something—the flavors were bold, well-balanced, and just WORKED together. The potato itself was cooked perfectly for me: creamy and soft, but still had just enough firmness to give it some texture. It wasn’t overly mashed or mushy at all.
The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell you… THE BIRRIA!!! 😩🔥 That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know that’s going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! 😂 Next time I’m definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.

"The food was delicious, only downside was that the salsa was not spicy. The mulita had a lightly crunchy tortilla and was full of cheese. It was very filling! The torta ahogada was also delicious. "Every dish was hot and fresh! The cafe de olla was so delicious with the perfect hint of cinnamon and piloncillo! Pancakes were yummy and you can taste the freshness. The machaca is tender and flavorful. The red chilaquiles were the perfect heat and spice level and the green ones were a little milder but still tasted great! The hash browns and country potatoes are on point! The refried beans are amazing and the eggs cooked 2 ways were bomb! Our family will definitely be coming back for more! Que rico!!!"

"Full non filtered view.., size is as advertised and that's good, although it was more Fries Quesadilla than Asada. Fresh? I would say yes. The excitement the advertising gives you, somehow just came short to my palate's expectations; that's probably because this is SoCal and we just know good Mex food and its varieties here. To the younger crowd and in schools, this would be a hit but can't go toe to toe with places like T. y M. and the like. Would probably try the other items on their menu next time but didn't make it to my go to list. But hey, that's my opinion, you can still try and who knows I must've had bad tastebuds that time or something. It would surely still be a hit to some and that's how it goes. Peace"
