My one issue is that most of the time I order one of the hot sandwiches for delivery, the bread gets so soggy en route from the heat of the toppings, it's falling apart by the time it gets to me. This time was the worst it's been. It was very messy to try and eat and not the most pleasant texture. I think the restaurant adding the option to order the bread toasted might help it maintain some structural integrity during commute, or even to send it off deconstructed so the toppings can be added to the bread upon arrival.
