"I love Emilio's!! One of my favorite spots for traditional mexican food in memphis. I love the Aguas Frescas (horchata specifically) here, as well as the Side of Rice and Beans. The Quesadilla Camaron I got I didn't alter at all as far as what I selected, and it felt a little crowded with the veggies (while they are very fresh, and a nice addition) they make the quesadilla fall apart/open easily as well as making it a bit more soggy than I prefer. Overall though the Quesadilla isn't very big, so I think taking out the veggies might not give you bang for buck.. I was trying something new this time but I think I'll stick to the Al pastor burritos!! Emilio's gets 5 stars from me any day!"
