The rib meat was literally as thick as the bone itself. It was also tough and dry. It's a shame though because the flavor was all there. There just was no meat. "I love Le's. It's some of the best Vietnamese out there. Their grilled pork Banh mi is ny favorite. The flavor of the pork is spot on, veggies are fresh, and the bread is incredible. I usually split the 12" with my partner. I ordered the 6" just for me this time and it was disappointingly small at 5 inches and it did not have as much meat as I'd come to expect from their banh mi. So I'm a bit disappointed today."
