"As a Californian who just recently moved here to Utah. This pho reminded me of home! I was very pleased. The amount size of garnish was perfect the limes were perfect and the tripe I ordered in my pho was perfect! It wasn't heavy and it was very light like Pho should be not oily or thick. Meat was cooked thoroughly and was still hot when receiving the package. I was so happy with the pho. Not as good as back home but... definitely hit the spot close to home. "The food was really good, the presentation difficult. The fresh spring rolls were tightly wrapped up in plastic cling wrap. The rolls themselves are wrapped in rice paper, which clings to the cling wrap, Un wrapping them really hard! They just kind of fall apart. I am sure that served in the restaurant they are fine. The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there. I dumped everything into a salad bowl and was able to mix them a bit. Still, very tasty and I am sure in the restaurant, properly served, it would be fine. The curry was perfect!"

"THE BEST PHO IN SALT LAKE !!! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have tried a lot of pho in the valley but this place remains number one!!! The food is always fresh and so so delicious.You can taste the quality of the broth in every sip, everyone I have brought to this spot is automatically in love with the pho here. To make it better everything on the menu is good. My personal favorites are a number 9 small eye of round steak, number 19 vermicelli noodles with beef (the seasoning/garlic on the beef is out of this world) , number 48 shrimp/ham fried rice , number 51 chicken flat noodles (noodles are chewy and perfect amount of meat to noodle ratio) and most recently I tried number 61 Bahi Mi with beef so yummy. They have all the sauces and chili oil that you need already on the table making the experience as seamless as possible. This is easily my favorite restaurant for takeout and dine in."

"The shaken beef was a major disappointment, first off there was not much beef for a dish that is usually a big pile of flavorful sticky beef. Secondly, there was no flavor, no spices, no marinade.
Third, it was tough and chewy! It's usually made with beef tenderloin. This certainly was not. What a major disappointment all around for a dish that was $24! I ate the rice. It was fine. Hard to ruin rice, I suppose. "
