I only ate one piece of chicken and I'll be saving the rest for later so I have some food for lunch at work. My son loved it and ate everything before his bowl of white rice. My hope was we could stretch the meal with the rice I made at home but he's a growing boy and ended up eating his whole box of chicken. Oh well.
