I ordered the Jollof Rice with tender chicken, Pounded Yam (Swallow), and Efo Elegusi, and every single dish was bursting with rich, authentic flavor. The Jollof Rice was perfectly seasoned, the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the Efo Elegusi was incredibly flavorful, pairing perfectly with the smooth, fresh Pounded Yam. You can genuinely taste the care, tradition, and passion that goes into every meal.

It was perfection. I've never had a Center Breast before, so I got one to see what kind of cut it is.
