Everything tasted super fresh — the salmon, ahi tuna, and all the toppings were perfectly portioned and flavorful. The bowl looked beautiful and colorful, just like something you’d get from a high-end sushi spot.
The white rice was fluffy, the seaweed salad and edamame were so fresh, and the avocado was perfectly ripe (which is rare for takeout!). I loved the mix of corn, cucumber, sesame seeds, and the little crunch from the fried onions and garlic — it added the best texture to every bite.
