"TREVOR MELT and the Potato Salad tasted great- you can tell all the ingredients are fresh and high quality. The au jus was probably the best I've ever had, great balance of flavor (not too salty like most) that complimented the sandwich, added a different dimension of flavor and texture, and didnt overpower it. Only possible thing I could critique is that the potato salad is a bit "busy", there's a lot going on with it and you also don't get much of it. However, it's very delicious (and unique!) regardless, just perhaps a bit overly complex.
