Tonight was my favourite meal yet with the lemon pepper grilled chicken, a biscuit and butter gravy. The chicken was juicy, hot, and absolutely incredible. "I would not say that their fried chicken meets their outstanding price and reputation. While they are perfectly crispy, their flavour doesn't leave much of an impression. That may just be fried chicken in general, though.
Their onion rings were a similar story. They aren't as crispy as you would like them to be, and they don't taste like much. I might even say the onions themselves were a bit mushy.
The best items I had were their Cajun Fries and biscuits. Maybe because I'm just a loon for potatoes and pastries, but I thought they were perfect!
In summary: I thought it was bland and isn't worth the high price. Won't be ordering from Popeye's again."

"Usually the pitas are really good from here.. except for whatever reason, on weekends. Now maybe this is my fault bc I had totally forgotten that today is Sunday, and I had ordered from there. Any time we have ordered on the weekends, for whatever reason, the lettuce in any of the Regular Pita, has always been wilted, soggy, turning black, and very unappetizing. You cannot enjoy eating it, when you are digging through it, and picking it out. Maybe the manager does not work on weekends, and so the staff just does the bare minimum there. I don't really know. What I do know, and what I suggest, is to avoid them on Saturdays and Sundays, bc you will not enjoy it, and you'll only waste your money."

"I ordered Spicy Peanut Noodle Box .The food arrived hot visually appealing it smelt good the beansprouts on top were fresh and snapped good. Broccoli ,chicken all good and fresh and I would order again a different dish. The problem came when I selected mild expecting a food that would appeal to my weak European pallette and instead ny request went unseen and I was delivered the hottest meal on planet earth. It became apparent that online was not the place to request mild and that I had needed to explicitly describe my preferences to a server face to face when steam started coming out of my ears. Lesson learned. The noodles themselves however couldn't fault them they were not to soft cooked just right nothing was off,stale or sour and the food was a good portion well worth the cost. Unfortunatel to "spicy" The staff are able to take criticism and correct their mistakes and overall I find other reviews to be overtly harsh when much can be corrected by human contact . Will eat here again. "
