I'm from New Haven and I'm italian/ American. I consider myself somewhat of a pizza
connoisseur. Of course no one else does, but....
the pizza lacked flavor. I had small mooze with my favorite vegetables. It badly needed salt, which i provided and that helped. If there was garlic, i didn't taste it. I had a couple of slices and gave up. The price was also high. 21.00 for small pie with tĥe veggies.
I will say, bless them that they gave me free priority delivery, because of my disappointment at my last visit. Shows real customer service.
I probably won't order pizza here again, but because of their kindness, I might order a sub or one of their other dishes"

The cranberry scone had true cranberries but the scone lacked any spark or burst of cranberry flavor. Very disappointing because the photos online looked great, which I what drew us to try this place for breakfast. Quite disappointing."

"I don't usually write negative reviews, but if you are highly familiar with Turkish cuisine, this is NOT the place you want to order from. So many other alternative options and places that are way too better than this one. Let's start with the Pan-fried Liver / Arnavut Cigeri, it was NOT FRESH and overcooked. It tasted like it was sitting in the refrigerator for a week and they took it out and put it in the microwave to the point where it's completely dried out. I then decided to put that aside and try the Mixed Grill / Karışık Izgara, omg same issue. All the meat was very overcooked, hard, and dry!! To add insult to injury, I decided to take a sip of Ayran hoping I would at least enjoy that, but even that was horrible. They might as well just sell bottled Ayran if making their own tastes this bad. Last but not least, the Baba Ganoush was probably the most edible thing I ordered, only because it was not too old albeit not fresh. I made a big order hoping to enjoy myself, but was very disappointed and would never order from here again; and would advise anyone not to waste their money on a place that charges so much for poor quality food. I would've been better off ordering from Saray or Turkish Kebab House in West Haven. I thought I would try something new, but hey, you live and you learn."

"These were amazing Boreks. Super crunchy, ultra flaky. The buttery smell is just like smell of the ones I had back in Istanbul. The cauliflower filling was a perfect match with the Borek dough.The chocolate Borek is a sophisticated takeoff. Halva mousse was perfect with the Nutella base.
