"May be the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. I paid extra for simple black bean substitutions, and all instructions we're not adhered to. The quality of the items is the worst I've ever had at any Taco Bell. Scant ingredients, wrong ingredients no rice in anything, cold, wet, poorly constructed and poorly wrapped. Well we were VERY happy with our order. I had the Talkin' Turkey Melt and from the very first bite I knew I would order this over and over again. My husband got the Bacon Me Crazy Melt. He also likes it BUT he thought it should have had more bacon on it than 2 slices (especially since bacon is in the name). LOVE the food!!! I don't know if the owners could do anything about this but the only thing I would want to improve on is the ordering on DoorDash. I could not make requests on it - like no cheese - switch sun-dried tomato mayo for regular mayo- etc. I want to leave this review by saying WE LOVE THE FOOD AT THE MELTDOWN !! It's very good chicken noodle soup but I was sent the wrong size. Also ordered the red potato salad which was very good. To drink I ordered apple juice which was clearly marked on my receipt but someone crossed it out and I received orange juice which is a problem because I'm allergic to oranges.
Most places contact you if they're out of an item you order this restaurant did not! I won't order from them using door dash again but the food I received was good so I may just go into this place and try ordering and eating there."
