"I ordered two Chicken Shawerma Sandwich سندويش شاورما دجاج wraps in tomato basil flats, a double cheeseburger, and two beef meat pies-- large.
Everything was good, except for the meat pies. They don't look anything like the photo at all and were very light with the beef filling. I took pictures, but there's no accommodation to upload here. They were not bulging "pillows" with an open square in the middle, but were overlapping flaps of dough. No pine nuts, either. I would think that less than half a cup of beef was inside the folded dough, as there was empty space at the folds. It would be charitable to describe them as MEDIUM, not large.
I was very disappointed. I would not order them again.
Would like to get a refund for them, in fact.
The Double Cheeseburger was above average, with a goodly amount of tomato, lettuce, onion, etc. The Chicken Shawerma Sandwich wraps were superb, better than ones I bought from a different restaurant. I will probably order the wraps again.
So, the lack of consistency is the overall problem.

"The grilled catfish was *amazing*. Huge portion, well seasoned, and very well prepared. The wings, also grilled, had the most delicious flavor and char. The shish kabob was delicious! Lean and beautifully seasoned. Better than the kefta kabob at Sarra's Grill's nearby rival - a Skokie mainstay. The lentil soup was perfect and hearty, and the couscous was moist and perfect. Zero over-salting. I called the restaurant with questions, and the woman I spoke with was incredibly helpful and kind. The food was prepared on time, the restaurant was warm and inviting at pick-up, and when I called them a second time after we ate to compliment every aspect of the meal and to welcome the restaurant to Skokie, both the woman and I were delighted.
