Has little bits of something I can't quite place. But it's still good. Flan flavor could be better. Good texture lots of caramel. It oozes out at the first spoonful. But it tastes a litle bitter, like burnt. Not sure if it's because I tasted the capirotada first. I got the chicken salad because I thought of shredded chicken with onion and celery and Mayo kind of chicken salad. "Wow. First time here and I got the Mexi Bowl - it was fantastic! So many different flavors that worked so well together. I was pretty hungry, so I downed it and am now comfortably stuffed. The avacado, cucumbers, carrots, and radish were the perfect fresh toppings with the vegan chorizo, rice, and beans.
I'm not vegan, but I am gf and df so this is one of the only restaurants that has so many options to meet my dietary needs; I wish I would have tried it way sooner! I will definitely be going back and want to try the warm quinoa bowls next!"
