"The caramel latte came with no sticker or any type of protection for the DoorDash ride. It literally came how it was in the photo. Usually at other restaurants there is some type of tamper proof seal or packaging so you would know if it was messed with. The dasher could have drank out of it and I would have no way of knowing. "I ordered the vegetarian stir fry which is pretty good, when made right. My sandwhich was made and wrapped sloppy, it arrived with the contents falling out. It was a whole sub, and half wasn't even cut in the middle of the bread. It looked like whoever made it was new or in a rush because a skinny piece of my bread was shaved off and my contents were thrown on top of the bread like a piece of toast. Lastly, I found morsels of steak on my vegetarian sandwhich, which is not the first time this has happened. I understand there's cross contamination, but the cook should make it a priority to make sure there's no meat in the sandwhich. After the last few times, I got the ingredients to make it myself at home, but I was tired, and baldinos bread is usually much softer than the stores, so I ordered in. Will not be doing again. They'd treat me with more respect if I go in and watch them make my sandwhich."
