"I quit going to BK and I vowed never to return back in 2011. I had too many terrible experiences with entire chain from CT. I visited many stores but recently one of my family members ordered and got me to taste his burger. I was pleasantly surprised that it was REALLY good! Excellent quality, hot and fresh!!! Guess where it was from? Campbell Ave location W Haven. Place was clean, staff were on point! I had to break my vow. It was that Good! I saved some money and had better value for my $$. "The food was much better this time even though it was from the same location as far as I know. The Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme® had plenty of veggies, only complaint was there didn't seem to be much beans. "I picked up my order 15 minutes before the actual pick up time and my food was already pretty cold. My Black Bean Chalupa Supreme taco shell was pretty undercooked and not crispy at all. Which I don't mind because I don't want it to be overly crispy but there was no crunch whatsoever.
My crunchy tacos were overly coated with cheese (I didn't ask for extra cheese), which made them stick to the paper packaging it comes in. Very inconveniencing experience overall with the food I bought and was a subpar order.
To sum it up, the food was made decently, the food was fresh but it wasn't impressive by any means and that says a lot because other locations are much better at the things I have critiques on in this review."

I'm from New Haven and I'm italian/ American. I consider myself somewhat of a pizza
connoisseur. Of course no one else does, but....
the pizza lacked flavor. I had small mooze with my favorite vegetables. It badly needed salt, which i provided and that helped. If there was garlic, i didn't taste it. I had a couple of slices and gave up. The price was also high. 21.00 for small pie with tĥe veggies.
I will say, bless them that they gave me free priority delivery, because of my disappointment at my last visit. Shows real customer service.
I probably won't order pizza here again, but because of their kindness, I might order a sub or one of their other dishes"
