This dish has a lot more potential, it should be made with shredded hash browns and would be a whole lot better. It is not good the way it is made today. The biscuits were overcooked and tough. They are small and not fluffy like every where else. I keep trying this place hoping it will get better and it just never does which is frustrating because it is so close. "Bacon Burger^was amazing; made as requested. The bottom bun was a bit soggy. I think it was due to the grease from the patty soaking in which caused the lettuce and tomato to be soggy as well. The Patty Melt^was great too. Just think it be better if it was two patties as it felt majority bread. Homemade Fries^was spot on. The 3 Shark Bites^was nice. The only bone i would pick is they propely de-seed the peppers. The first bite I took to one I was hit with overwhelming heat as the seed does cause it to be more spicy.
