Starting with the salad, I purposely ordered the House Salad as it showed as a larger salad. I paid almost 5 dollars for the "side salad" i received!!!! The ribs were over cooked (meat was slightly tender but was at the point of tasting dried out) and the bbq sauce was horrible (tasted like it was 95% ketchup and it was extra thick). The loaded mashed potatoes were the worst tasting mashed potatoes I ever had. They tasted like they used instant potatoes.
The corn on the cob and salad were the only items that tasted fine. I don't usually order from Chili's, but if I do, never again will I order the ribs or mashed potatoes.
Outback Steakhouse has a much better tasting bbq rib selection, in addition to the loaded mashed potatoes. And you actually get a full salad when requested."

That's the main ingredient! The bacon also was not diced, but large pieces that I diced myself. A lot of egg, which I don't mind, but it appeared the extra egg was added to cover what was not there. Not what I have received in-store many times. The dressing is amazing, however. A little disappointed for an $18 salad. I expected to get what I am used to in-store. Thank you."
