This was by far the best Italian delivery that I have ever had. They even threw in some fresh sourdough bread with a side of garlic butter. the portions were big enough that it turned into four meals. Unfortunately I am moving, but I hope to find this place another time hopefully in San Mateo. I added Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes that are requested on calling. the gentleman that answered the phone spoke English without an accident was articulate, efficient, energetic, and polite. It is amazing how such a simple dish with fresh ingredients and honest portions can brighten one's day!"

"I had preset expectations having been a many time patron of the Delarosa in SF. Ordering from a restaurant that is out of you're "free" circle is even more important to make sure I got my money's worth.
Pretty much didn't disappoint. Got a few things (for two people, of course)
The RIGATONCINI was a happy place pasta. Yes i went there. I was happy. Please get this. It's just what you needed. Then the ZITI CHICKEN PARMIGIANA the surprise-yet-listed ziti base made it all especially yumbos. The chicken parma was just plain bliss.
Also got the MARGHERITA and added some sausage, becasue, why not. Of course, since my order was from a little bit farther away, I did expect my food to be relatively cold. The pizza was cold, all the mozzerella had melted into the crust. I put a few slices in the toaster oven. the texture was primarily still there, but the topper was the sauce. If you don' t have a good sauce, you can't make it bad. Everything was flattened out and one color, like i said, but still a nice little pizza.
Also got the WINTER SALAD . Needed some greens. That was yumbos. Fresh and lovely. The butternut squash durned-near filled up beyond filling. The dressing was on the sweet side, which lovingly complimented the butternut squash well.

"Everything was pretty tasty, although the amount of meat in the Chicken BLT wasn't enough to cover all the bread, so there was about a third of the sandwich (as a whole) that was just lettuce and tomato.
Same with the meatball sandwich. Tasty! But, not enough meatball or even cheese for about a third of the sandwich, so lots of bread left over. "

"It's a little pricy for what you get. My eggplant dish had mostly only red sauce hardly any pieces of eggplant. The sauce was very good but where was the eggplant? Another fish either shrimp and crab had only 4 tiny shrimp and almost no visible evidence of crab meat. For $35 that was pretty scant seafood."

"Will always be 100% my favorite restaurant in the area. Their Sicilian style pizzas are without question the best you will find in Norcal... you can literally taste the olive oil in the crust!
And let it be known, I used to frequent Tony G's 1st restaurant in SF back when it first opened & had the pleasure of eating countless pizzas made by Tony himself (he is a delightful man, it must be stated) so I'm super glad to see his restaurants producing high quality pizzas/food!!

"When they first opened and I went in person, the pizza was really good. I ordered around 3 times on doordash after before writing this review. All three times, the pizza came cold and I had to reheat it at home after waiting a long time. The pizza ingredients are dismal. The "bacon" is a scant 4 tiny pieces and the mozzarella is super thin. Paper thin, cold pizza with a bunch of tomato sauce for 35$? No thank you. Not ordering again until ingredients match the price tag. "
