It didn't look like the photo I saw in the online menu...it looked so much better and the taste was so fresh and so delicious.
The Poblano Pepper was stuffed with yummy, stretchy, melted white cheese (Mozzarella or Jack), coated in a fluffy egg batter and likely fried then wrapped in a soft flour tortilla--then drenched in a delicious Enchilada sauce.
When I mentioned, "The Pablano Pepper" was large let me add...it was so large it may have actually been two peppers. I don't really know, probably not, but it was perfectly delicious and although it is 1:00am and I am absolutely stuffed I want another one.
