I base this from a previous time when I ordered a half gallon of coffee and the DoorDash driver messaged me to apologize for the delay but explained that they gave her a 3/4th full jug and she made them make more so that I actually received all of the $30 amount that I paid for (an awesome gesture from her that I really appreciated.) The Cucumber Lime was good as usual so I'm giving 4 stars mostly due to past performance. While hitting 95% of your shots is pretty amazing for the typical restaurant it's still disappointing that they've cut corners at least twice now, regardless whether I'm a regular customer or not..."
