In my opinion, this crust would be better served by being topped with the delicious, zesty, pizza sauce. That's on me, no fault of Zeppis.
The NY style pizza topped with pepperoni, meatball and onion was savory and delicious. The cheese is piled on thick. I would personally prefer a lighter cheese portion but for those who are cheese fanatics, this style of pizza will be right up your alley.
