I order extra boba and popping boba in my mango D25 Mango Bubble Milk Tea, and got a call that they were out of popping boba. So since they couldn't reimburse me, the only options were toppings I didn't want. They ended up sending me a small side of mango to replace two drinks worth of popping boba. Well, the mango was green and hard. That's not all. I ordered extra tapioca ($$$) and it's literally one regular serving worth. Idk if I'll be going back to this location. Oh, and everything is way more expensive and the customer service for the inconvenience I experienced was crap. "
