I love sour cream, but I do not generally like to have my bowl swimming in sour cream. I also, did not get the queso I paid for. on top of all this, when the driver got there to pick my order up, they didn't even have it. the driver had to call door dash to prove an order was placed. this was my 3rd try in a row with Chipotle, and each has gotten steadily worse. the first few times I had it, it was amazing. guess Ill pay extra to go to Pancheros from now on."

Unfortunately, the flavors didn’t match the appearance. The food lacked seasoning, depth, and balance, which made the experience feel underwhelming and overpriced for the quality received.
The chicken and waffles arrived fresh, and the texture was great. The tenders were large and crispy, and the waffles had a nice golden finish. However, the chicken itself had no noticeable seasoning or flavor. I’m not even sure if I received the spiked honey, because it didn’t add any sweetness or heat. The apples were cooked well and added a small touch of freshness, but they couldn’t make up for the lack of flavor in the main dish.
Both the Lavender Lemonade and the Strawberry Lemonade were also disappointing. They were watered down, lacking sweetness and brightness. Even after accounting for the ice, they still tasted flat and uninspired. The flavor was closer to a basic fast-food lemonade than a handcrafted drink.
The portion sizes were fair, and the meal was neatly packaged and arrived in good condition. However, the flavors simply didn’t deliver.
