I expected better of this order and while I understand it could be difficult late at night in between other orders and cleaning, I found it frustrating that I ordered ahead and it was accepted immediately but my dasher still had to wait at least 15 min.

"The food was really good! Everything was flavorful and tasted fresh. The wings were a little small, but they were seasoned well and tasted great. The portions of mac and cheese and collard greens were very generous, and both were delicious.
My only issue was the service. I waited about 40 minutes from the time I ordered until my food was ready, and there wasn’t really any acknowledgment or apology for the wait. The interaction when I picked up my food also wasn’t very friendly.
Overall, I’d definitely give the food itself a thumbs up and would eat here again. I just hope the customer service improves because the food is definitely worth coming back for."
