As for the risotto, there was a decent amount of artichoke, but I could hardly find rice in the overwhelming amount of cheese in the dish. Cheese was the basis of the dish. There was more cheese than if this had been a gratin. There was a literal crust of cheese on the top with even more cheese sprinkled over that. Nowhere near enough rice was in this dish and the cheese was so overwhelming, I couldn't eat it."
