"Wouldn order again. The beef empanada is extremely dry and mostly just the dough, barely any filling.
The beef quibe is so dry I couldn’t eat it, it crumbled down on my mouth, it was over fried.
The chicken balls are also extremely dry, even the one with catupiry. It’s like all the fillings were overcooked and nothing is moist or pleasant to bite.
The dessert don’t make it better either. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous.
The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it.
The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."

"Lookin at this menu time and time again, I knew one day that I would be trying it. Everything on the menu is just begging to be tried & enjoyed. Well, today was the day I went for it. Now, this place isn't that close to me, so I knew that my food would get cold before reaching me. Even with that, it was phenomenal. I had the Lotus Biscoff Pancake & the Tiramisu Croffles and holy crap! The flavors & the textures. I was blown away. Those souffle pancakes, so airy and pillowy soft. The whipped cream, after all that distance traveled held up so well and the biscoff caramel sauce?! Are you kidding me?? Outrageous - in the best way. I almost went with the creme brulee pancakes, but I'm glad I went with these. Highly recommend. I've never had a croffle but it was delightful. I imagine it's better freshly made, but I had to try it. I tried reheating a bit so my tiramisu topping melted a bit, but it still was very enjoyable. After this one experience, I really want Fluffy Fluffy near me!"

"I’m unfortunately not happy with my order.
I ordered a chocolate muffin, but instead of contacting me to ask about a substitution, it was replaced with something I cannot have. I was also charged extra because of the price difference, which I don’t feel is fair since I did not approve the substitution.
On top of that, the replacement didn’t look appealing and did not seem like it was freshly baked as advertised. Overall, I was disappointed with this part of my order and would appreciate a refund.
