"I have ate my way through the menu in both the SLO and Oceano locations. Efran's is hands down, with no other Mexican restaurant even close, the best Mexican food around. By around, I mean here on planet Earth. Please take the time to enjoy their food, your taste buds and dopamine receptors will reward you. My goto staples are Tacos Dorados (5 Pcs.) and California Fries. However, everything on the menu is absolutely the bees knees!"
