"The Fire Chief was excellent. The slice was thin and crispy with just the right amount of fluff in the crust. It passed the “flop test” perfectly, holding its shape without drooping. The flavor was on point, the pepperoni had a great taste and I especially loved the parmesan cheese sprinkled on top, it really tied everything together.
The Firehouse Steak & Cheese was just as impressive. The mayo base completely makes this pizza and brings all the flavors together. It had a little more flop than the Fire Chief, but I think that’s due to the sauce and toppings. Either way, it was absolutely delicious.
