"I only ate from here due to the very high star rating. However, there was absolutely nothing special about the food. The chicken was mediocre. I prefer my chicken tender and juicy. The noodles were just plain spaghetti noodles tossed in a sauce, with a few sliced veggies. The packaging was poor. Just a plain Asian takeout cheap foam carryout tray. The dumplings seemingly came from frozen. With some plain mixed greens. With all that, had the service been better, I most likely wouldn't complain. But hey, you only get to fool me once."

Simply put, the tonkotsu that inoodle makes is better than any I've had anywhere else. The broth carries a very tasteful richness which perfectly matches the flavor profile the rest of the bowl provides. Fantastic portion sizes, and it's even topped with saffron. Generally speaking most ramen places skip out on the noodles and throw in some top ramen, but not inoodle. The noodles are phenomenal, and there's really nothing else to say about it.
The boba is great, the apps are great. All in all inoodle dominates Jacksonville ramen, with not a single shop coming close to be considered a rival in terms of quality."
