"Everything I ordered was delicious, from the soft Pizza Pretzel to the sugar-dusted 1 dozen Filled Mini Donuts. I was touched to see a note saying that my Blueberry Pie was fresh out of the oven and to set it in the fridge before eating, however I dont think my delivery driver saw the note so unfortunatey the pie arrived folded in half (completely not the bakery's fault!). "This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."
