"First time ordering here. Intrigued by the business story and always down to support small-businesses. First, the Kimbap was very good. The flavors of the pickled veggies and meat were very much present. Crunch on the veggies was good. Tasted fresh and looked very appetizing. The Beef Bulgogi we ordered was non-spicy. Lots of flavor. I DID fry it down a bit and removed the sauce to make it to my hubbys preference. Overall tasty. The Bo Ssam -Steamed Pork, for me, was good. Another reviewer said theirs was dry. It looked dry, but all the juice was underneath. I put it all into a pan to reheat and it was easily remedied. Pork belly was soft. My only preference wouldhave been to eat it with blanched Napa vs romaine lettuce. Also, probably more lettuce as itan out sndstill had lots of pork belly left. The radish kimchi, salty shrimp sauce, and what I think is ssamjang was good with it. I usually pay twice as much for half the meat but twice the sides. Im pretty happy with this order. The Mango Sticky Sweet Rice was ok, tastes like Thai sticky rice. I prefer drier sweet rice, like from MNGO. But if you like "wet" sticky rice, the mango was sweet and not bad.
