"I've ordered from this location a few times and have always been satisfied. This time, something went wrong. The Loaded Beef Nachos were lacking all toppings besides the steak that I switched for beef, and it was the first time I had to mix everything myself which led to me realizing how little of everything else they gave me. It was mainly chips. I had that first and thought that would be a one-off since my prior experiences had been great so I didnt think to take a picture , but then I got to the dipping burritos. I've had them before and was shocked to see them smaller than my pinky finger. They tasted alright, but if I paid $7 for just them and I was at the store I would have asked if they messed up somehow because they were barely 2 bites a piece. Then I got to the Doritos locos tacos and took 1 bite of the 2 and put them down. They tasted "chemically" for a lack of a better term and they're usually one of my favorite items here, but I could not bring myself to take another bite. I'm sure I'll order here again because this seems like an off night, but man was I disappointed from spending $30 on this order. "

"I’ve ordered from Port of Peri Peri (Buffalo Grove location) multiple times before, but unfortunately, this will be my last. Over time, I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality while prices keep increasing. Today’s order was the final straw.
I ordered a whole chicken with peri rice (large upgrade) and five extra sauces. The chicken was extremely dry, as if it hadn’t thawed properly before cooking. Instead of the large rice portion I paid for, they gave me a small, which is just careless. The extra sauces were another disappointment—while I understand they won’t be filled to the brim for transport, these were barely half full, yet they charge $1 per sauce. Out of the five I ordered, only two were decently filled—a complete ripoff.
My family used to love takeout from here, but the quality has dropped too much to justify the price anymore. I genuinely believe it’s this Buffalo Grove location cutting corners because the Schaumburg location has maintained its standards.
Save your money and go elsewhere—this location is not worth it anymore."

"Let's start with the good. The ribs were decent. A little over priced but I can see a surcharge on a late night Thursday evening. Garden salad was 90% iceburg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes a couple of olives and 4 pepperoncinis . Could have been good with some more fixing. For $17 I was expecting a little more. Plus the bag was leaking dressing all over my driveway probably not the restaurants fault but not a didn't help the cause. Finally the $8 side of curly fries. Didn't even receive that.
I know times are tight but if you guys want to make it in the post pandemic environment I would advise you to step up your quality or drop your price. I don’t usually like marinara and I could not get enough of the cheese sticks and marinara!! So yummy! Nice and crispy & cheesy!
BUT then I had ordered a small buffalo chicken. (In the photo I there is Buffalo sauce, ranch, and it looks colorful and yummy. However when we got our pizza. It had a lot of chicken (very nice and good as well) but no sauce. No pizza sauce, no buffalo, no ranch. Just dry,thin (yet yummy) cheese… but it was so sad. And then I told DoorDash there was an issue and they only offered $4.30 refund!?! For a $10+ pizza. So I’d say pick up in person if you order here "
