"While the product is always amazing (shoutout to the Iced Caramel Macchiato), I do wish there was a better way to package solo drinks. If I only order 1 drink, it's put in a bag with a little half-sized cardboard cup holder, which is a great idea in theory...but the problem is that the bag's weight becomes unevenly distributed and topples over VERY easily. Normally that hasn't been too big of an issue as long as it's handled with care (as the drinks have a dome lid and a sticker covering the straw hole), but of course today the whole lid came off and spilled my poor macchiato all over and through the paper bag 🥲 I didn't lose too much, and I probably don't need all that caffeine anyway, but I'm hoping someone will see this review and maybe figure out a way to balance the weight in these bags so it doesn't happen to anyone else! "Very disappointed in the ribs. To start off I ordered the bar-b-q ribs and received what I think was dry rub that sauce was added. Additionally they were not tender, almost as if they were kept warm and dried out. when I ordered the description stated they would feed 1-2 people. I am not sure what size people it would have fed 1 let alone 2 people. I had expected a whole rack and looks like it was a 1/2 rack or less. The fries and macaroni & cheese were also small portions. I would have been better off ordering the full rack rather than the special. The next time I order ribs it will be from Outback. Very disappointed as Perkins was a favorite restaurant.
