The artichokes either had gone bad, or were improperly cooked/prepped because they literally disintegrated the second they touched your tongue. It was like eating artichoke flavored cotton candy-- disgusting. The ham on the pizza was SO salty and overcooked to the point it was borderline burnt. The basil on top was brown. "This was our first time trying Puppatella or Neopolitan pizza and we were very impressed. We got one Pepperoni Pizza and one Chorizo. The Pepperoni was our baseline for comparison bc that's what we typically get on our NY style. We thought both were excellent, the toppings fresh and the sauce was excellent. Much to our surprise, we preferred the Chorizo over Pepperoni. For the uninitiated, the crust is soft lacking the big border you get on NY style. The other noteworthy thing is each pizza is only 11" and 4 slices and may satisfy, at best, 2 adults. We definitely enjoyed it and will be back."
