They use a soy sauce brand called Shirakiku which I had not tried before, but has a very interesting earthy, almost mushroom-y flavor.

I called them and they tried to tell me they have a new container and it's bigger so it's just looks like less. I wouldn't recommend ordering an hour before they close. You are likely to get shorted. For the cost, it should have a full portion of rice. This is the 3rd time I've had their food.The 1st time I ate in the store, I got chicken and beef terraki. The chicken and rice were hot and good, but the beef was cold. When the food server asked how it was I told them the beef was cold they took it back to the kitchen to fix the issue when it returned the beef was kinda warm but was cold again within 10 minutes, so I stay away from the beef terraki. When the rice is a full portion, the chicken teriyaki is one of the best in town. 👎"

This time, while your Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was fine, someone (I don't know whether it was one of your staff or my Dasher.) failed to make sure the drink was properly sealed in its lidded cup, with the result that some of the drink leaked out into the cardboard tray and the bottom of the delivery bag. I was able to salvage the misplaced leakage, and was satisfied that the cup itself was not damaged, just properly sealed shut. I've been to your local store and never had this problem, so I'm sure you'll make sure it doesn't recur. I do wish your staff all the best in maintaining your store's usually excellent service and product quality."

The very sweet woman mentioned they were so sorry but running out of bone-in Chicken wings and said she could give me boneless if that was okay and seemed to be sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. Feeding a family of 6, of course the boneless wings was fine by us. When the order came there was a box that said on the house which has whatever they had left of the bone-in chicken wings which i thought was so generous of them, plus the order change to boneless wings. The food was very delicious and very large cuts of meat. We had enough for lunch the next day too. I highly recommend for the quality of food, portions, taste, and the excellent guest service! The Butter Garlic Chicken was my personal favorite as well as the Soft Tofu Soup (the photos do not do it justice). Happy family here and will be back soon.
