"This food was so delicious and flavorful, the jerk chicken has a nice kick to it. I loved that the rice was not dry and the sweet Plantains (SIDE) were actually sweet and delicious. I got a small plate and I think it was plenty of food for 2 people. The Regular Mac & Cheese was also good it was creamy and well-seasoned. I would order again ."
"Not sure what's going on maybe they changed the cook but this Rasta pasta was bland like milk was just poured in. Very little salmon for such a high price, cost as much as steak and shrimp dinners from some other restaurants."

"Food was so amazing! Fresh and well prepared. Chicken - Jerk was perfect! Cabbage was tender and so yummy.
Will be DoorDashing again.
"
"Dont get a large unless you dont mind having all rice. They gave 5 pieces of wing parts a hole lot of rice and cabbage for 25dollars. The rice was good the cabbage was bland and oily the chicken was soggy tough and flavorless. I also purchased a slice of red velvet Red Velvet Cake for $5.40 and it was the skinniest, tiniest slither of a piece of cake that they could cut that wouldnt fall apart. The cake doesnt look anything close to the pic. It looks a bit dry,but I havent tasted it yet but it isnt worth $5.40 at all. The red pea soup I ordered the other day was so good. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again unless i am ordering the oea soup."

"Really good and a lot of food for the price BUT i will say that they were stingy with the green plantain it only came with three and then the griot had ten pieces but five of those pieces was fat. Overall im pleased though and would get again!"
"My food was amazing as usual! The black rice was delicious, the chicken is seasoned to the bone, the Mac and cheese is amazing hot or cold and the Pikliz is my favorite! My only feedback is to change the packaging as my food melted the top (it's happened every time) and I'm worried about absorbing micro plastics."

"They forgot my Double Chocolate Chip Brownie but I reorder and they replaced it and gave me the other one so I appreciate that because their brownies are the best I ever had! Super good. I will say the portions are a bit small for the price and inconsistent. I had like a few pieces of cut up chicken and a lot of avocado chimi churri that I ordered for a side! and last time I chose the Mac and cheese as a base and it was barely any which was sad cause I love mac and cheese. I will most likely order again I support the black owned business. flavor is good so I'm not mad at it."
"I highly recommend this reimagined Lamb Curry dish. The meatballs are juicy, tender and really allow you to savor the curry flavor. The pesto sauce is the chef’s kiss that takes it over the edge. Pairs well with the mac and collards. I imagine its a grand slam with the Rasta pasta 😋 Every dish is always delicious, vibrant and bountiful from Fresh Foods 🥰"

"I got 5 Empanadas for $12 and Cassava Ball / Bollito de Yuca I love how consistent they are with their flavors and how big the empanadas are for the price it's really a steal. The food taste so good and they stick traditional with the flavors which I love I also got a 16oz. Mamey / Zapote and this is the only restaurant that makes it right. Their food taste fresh and I would order again. 10/10"
"The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered their large stew beef. The rice and the beef should have been packaged in their own containers. Instead, what we received was two spoons of rice that was obviously burn saturated in beef gravy and the meat spread on top . Absolutely disgusting and inedible "

"I don't regularly order out Bbq'd food. But after trying this place....it has just changed my mind completely. Their bbq sauce flavor is unmatched! Delicious Mac and cheese. Their mash potatoes is perfect! Whenever I'm craving...I will def order again!!!"
"Unbelievable! I was so surprised at how delicious this food was. BBQ can be so hard to get right and they nailed it. The sides are actually my favorite part and very craveable. I think the most mentionable part is the price point, which I find to be really affordable. This is a staple treat for me now on the weekends and I'm bummed I didn't find it sooner!"

"I was looking for something different to eat so when I saw P & R I thought this would be a good chance to try Jamaican food for the first time. The jerk chicken was incredible, great flavor and with truly fall off the bone meat! The rice and the steam vegetables, which was cabbage, were really good too. "
"This is the ackee and saltfish breakfast with a side of callaloo. So I guess I'm having breakfast for dinner. The ackee are not mushy. they're nice and firm but soft. The saltfish is tasty but could have been deboned a little bit better. Other than a beef and cheese patty which is also good. unsure whether I would reorder the callaloo it's a bit vinegary. I haven't eaten anything else from this restaurant. It's one of the maybe three in the Doordash lineup that can satisfy my saltfish and ackee craving."

Dont eat in a rush because you'll be mad it's gone . Havent really found the same flavor in other restaurants like this one "
"The grio fritay was not good. The marinades had too much baking soda, making the grio too crispy and hard to chew. Everything was packed together in one plate, which made it difficult to eat and looked very bad. Overall, it was not worth the money. "

"It was good. Steak was cut into perfect bite sized pieces, not too big or small. Other toppings were at a perfect ratio where you get some of everything in every bite. "Most delicious meal I've had in ages!! The goat and oxtail were both very flavorful and perfectly cooked. I love spicy food and I though it was perfect, but might be too spicy for some people. Very generous portion and the sides were great as well. Loved that they took care in packaging the meal - the box was tightly wrapped in cling film and there was no spillage at all. The doubles party was delicious but I thought the chickpea filling was just ok. The menu on DoorDash is a little confusing - I thought the combo meal came with roti but I think I just misread it. There's no boxes to select your sides so you just write it in the comments. Overall this far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely order again!"
"Their rotis are way better than Ali's Roti. Go for Singh's! Quality, portion, and the wrapping is impeccable. The roti wrap itself is above and beyond."

The griot was perfectly seasoned, crispy, and still tasted amazing even though I didn’t get to eat it until about an hour and a half after picking it up. They give generous portions with quality cuts of pork, not just the fatty pieces that some places serve. Everything was fresh, the portion size was on point, and the flavor was outstanding.
I can’t wait to go back and work my way through the rest of the menu. Highly recommend! (KPA Sports Grill)"
"the griot is great, crisp fried outside but not dry and tough on the inside. lots of fatty pieces if that's what you're into. the diri djondjon tastes good but is a bit dry. sos pwa was flavorful, the pikliz was nicely spicy. all around solid. huge portion of the diri too."

"Everything was really good. The Baked Pork Pabellon is amazing, from the rice, the black beans and plantains to the portion size. Shredded Beef Empanada + Shredded Chicken Empanada, also delicious. Good size as well. I would get everything again. I didn't take a picture of the Yucca Croquette, they didn't last long, they were delicious too. Cooked perfectly. So I ate them all without thinking. "
"Bomb.com! It's the Chef's kiss, you can't miss with this order. The Arepa Pabellón is amazingly delicious & you can never skip a sweet treat, the Guava & Cheese Tequeño hits the spot for a light & decant dessert. I'm so happy they're in the hood."

I said it for the last but honestly believe now that I was settling because I didn't think I would find THIS! This is the flavor I was searching for. So so so so good. And it comes with a small side of rice."
"rice is dry, meat is good, I paid $3 for a triangle shaped piece of fried cheese, i ordered a side of Queso Frito and got 1 slice of cheese. ive been ripped off. i expected to see a few pieces of cheese and got 1 little pelacito. its cool ill continue to take my business to top mix down the street.. "i got the Birria Options quesadilla and a beef Empanada. the Empanada was good full of flavor and crispy it was also a pretty good size it wasn't small. the Birria quesadilla was delicious taste is amazing just if you want a little crisp to it id get the tacos instead because the quesadilla does get a little soggy from the box just overall rating 9.5"

"Delicious fritay kabrit. Ordering again. Good portion considering the cost of ingredients these days"
"I've ordered from this place a few times. They haven't fully opened yet but I like how they accept online orders. It's hard to find good Haitian Restaurants in that area. So, I'm glad I found this one. Definitely ordering again. And I can't wait for them to actually open their door.
My favorite so far is the fried goat tasso. Yummm yumm
I don't know why some people are giving them low rating. I know some people have particular tastes . But don't y'all understand that you could unfairly hurt businesses that way? M
Even the best restaurants have bad days sometimes
Maybe it's just me but I don't go around giving restaurants 1 stars for the smallest things."

"This food was so good. My husband usually does all the cooking but he is out of town so I decided to order from this restaurant. They exceeded all my expectations. The Jollof was sooo good with a little kick of spice and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. The dodo added the hint of sweetness I was looking for and I absolutely loved the meal. Definitely will be ordering from here again! "
"Wow now I see the hype about Amala, gbegiri, ewedu & stew (abula). THURSDAY TO SUNDAY Special . THIS FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL.

"As expected, really good. They just don't like to give you pepper sauce. I requested a lot, some in side too and this tiny container was half full (sad). It baffles me. Despite that, the shrimp buss up shot with potatoes, squash and cabbage was SO good. The goat was okay, potatoes always amazing and the chicken roti was good just but had very little squash (again, why be stingy with the goods??) "
"Bussin Bussin and bussin. The buss up was perfectly cooked, they followed my customization to a T and seasoned it with love. The best Roti restaurant in boston hands down. "
