"Im 125 lbs and struggle with my protein intake and overburn my BMI. When I burn out bad with no time to cook i usually do fit eats, but their portions are so small. Today I tried Protein House did the large LR Steak Burrito and a shake and it took forever, pack your patience, but it was fabulous. I was able to take in about 1500 cal, 132g protein, 90 carbs and 68g fat and I already feel so much better and have half left. You can be cheap and go to other places and get something easy but if your goal is to eat clean, spend the money if you don't have the time. The burrito steak was so good and ithink it had 6 or 7 egg whites avocado and cheese and BTW THATS IT none of that fake flavor sugar seasoning, it's just like meal prep you do yourself. It's actual food. Good job business. Also hard to find, it's inside of crunch fitness by Arden mall. "

"I ordered a breakfast Veggie Burrito, an Asian Noodle salad, and a Cinnamon nut croissant. The best part of the food was the Cinnamon nut croissant. It was very fresh and was yummy. My only complaint is that there were barely any nuts. It definitely needed more. I will be getting this again sometime! The veggie breakfast burrito was good but lacked flavor. It badly needed some salt and pepper. I've had better, but I've also had worse. The Asian Noodle salad was just ok. Without the chicken it consisted of noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, and peanuts, with a tangy dressing. The peanuts were the best part. There was very little lettuce. It needed more. This dish was sort of bland and boring. So 4 stars for the croissant, 3.5 stars for the burrito, and 2.75 stars for the noodle salad. Overall, I would say 3.25 stars."

"This is my second time ordering from Gino's Java. Both orders have been great, and I am going to be a returning customer. They make the best Avocado Toast, and Mexican Mocha if ever had. Today I got the toast (without sesame seeds) and added tomato and egg, but it would be great without it - has a good amount of garlic - YUM!!! I think if the bread was toasted with a splash of butter on the underneath side it would add to the flavor and texture. I got the mocha with almond milk, no whip and again, YUM!!! Unfortunately, they were out of the chocolate croissants, and they refunded that item - I would have been happy with a sweet substitution (pastry) to enjoy with my coffee.
