The lettuce lacked green fresh color, and there was only one sliced beet, no tomato. The Chaufa was tasty, but the carne was tough! The Jalea was okay, but lacked flavor. The Papa a la Huancaina was overly creamy and not the best flavor, unlike what I'm used to from other places. The INKA 2 LITROS was room temperature, like, why? I have no ice, so drinking room temperature is not ideal. I ordered a Lomo Saltado, and it was tough, not that saucy. I will not purchase from here again. "

It was exaggeratedly salty, they didn't include any baby squid, they didn't include any mussels, there were a total of 3 shrimp in the entire thing, and they gave me a tiny little bit of red onion salad that wasn't even enough to eat with half of the dish. Aside from all that, it's obvious that they don't care about their seasoning or presentation. It was disgusting.
