"$27 for this? Seriously? I’ve been a customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I’ve never been given what are basically leftovers like this. The chicken was undercooked, the rice was watery—it looked like some kind of doughy mix with a strange taste, like they used bad water or something. I don’t know, but above all, the chicken was undercooked.
Second, the portions. I know they’re not always going to match the pictures or the menu, but come on—this looks like they’re giving you scraps for what you’re paying. Seriously, look at the photo and compare it to what they offer. You can even count the pieces of chicken and realize it’s not even half of what’s advertised. And the meat—what they gave me was basically leftovers, just tiny bits.
And as for the soup, come on—at least take the time to add an extra scoop, or at least serve the proper amount for the size they advertise. They say it’s a full regular soup, but if you look at it, it’s barely half a cup.
This is a fraud, a scam"

"I didn't get any soy sauce, and recieved one of the smallest portions of extra broth I've ever seen, but the food was delicious! The Black Garlic Ramen was very flavorful, especially the chashu pork and seasoned egg (which was lovely and runny). Broth was excellent. The 72 Salmon / Yellowtail Hand Roll was a bit odd, I've never seen cubed sushi in a handroll before, so it was a bit messy to eat, but it was very fresh and tasty. Same with the C2 Cherry Blossom roll, I loved the fish combination. I'd order from here again."

"I don't normally leave reviews but I am sitting here at bedtime eating the Mapo Tofu I ordered for dinner because it is so freaking incredible and I know the Szechuan gets more floral as leftovers. I don't think I've ever felt so compelled to finish another dish in my life. Everywhere I have ordered Mapo Tofu from after first trying it in china serves almost like a light brown soup. It isn't at all recognizable to me and I'm truly sad because I love tofu and I love spice. If there is a perfect version of Mapo Tofu LOC has achieved it. That and the house made noodles which are fantastic on their own with a peanut sauce that isn't sweet and weird is the highlight of my food life right now. Thank you guys so much."
