The octopus flavor is mild and the sauces are a weird combination of sweet and savory that hits all the right taste buds. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right. The broth on its own is incredible. Kind of creamy and perfectly seasoned. I love the different array of toppings and chose to add pork to mine.
