"I recently tried a Japanese restaurant in Sarasota and ordered the hibachi salmon. Let’s start with the good stuff: the portion size was solid! There were loads of veggies, a generous helping of salmon, and a good amount of rice. Plus, it came with a choice of soup or salad, which is always a nice touch.
Now for the not-so-great: while the salmon was cooked well, it didn’t have much flavor. The rice, though plentiful, was on the dry side, which took away from the overall dish.
Honestly, it was just okay. Not bad, not amazing—kind of middle-of-the-road. If you’re looking for big portions and something filling, this might work for you, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me in terms of flavor."
