"Chicken biryani was much spicier than expected, with no mention of spice level on the menu. For $17, the portion was overwhelmingly rice-heavy, with only 2 drumsticks and a very small piece of breast, which felt like poor value. The rice was also noticeably oily.
The overall experience was made worse by poor communication. When I called the listed number, there was no introduction of the business, and I had to say hello multiple times before getting a response.
On top of that, the order had to be reassigned after a driver left without the food, which added to the confusion and delay. While that may not be entirely on the restaurant, it reflects a lack of coordination.
Even small details were disappointing—the utensils provided were extremely small and impractical.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Between the lack of clarity, poor value, and communication issues, I would not order again—especially with better halal options in the area."

The "small" for $10 is truly, well, small. I'm a pretty tiny person, but it was a kids size meal for sure. Even the accompanying rice was in the smallest, cutest container I've ever seen! However, it did manage to fill me up.

Flavor, Texture sauces not runny everything was hot packaged like someone went to a college for packaging and got their masters degree in it. The boneless spare ribs out of this word General TsO's they nailed it. I was so happy. "This review doesn't negatively affect the food quality. I have 2 suggestions rather than a bad review. The food was delivered in several plastic bags and one paper bag high made it hard for the delivery driver to keep everything together and secured. In the future, less is more when it comes to packaging. One of the sauces spilled because of how many bags he was trying to juggle. Lastly this might be a change that can be made on DoorDash ordering system. For the soda cans, it shows you a coke but doesn't give you an option to choose so it seems like the store chooses for you. I got some inks colas which isn't the worst but just not what I was expecting. Maybe adding the ability for choosing flavors would help. Food was fantastic as per usual."

General tso's is the way I ALWAYS request any Asian cuisine place make it (a little crispy on the outside and actual bite sizes) and its always delicious (NO other place seems to meet my request except here). Their fried (fride) shrimp and chicken on a stick is also good. Ordered some type of crab meat sushi this time as a treat for my boyfriend and it was surprisingly good... especially cause I don't even eat sushi lol. Bottom line, food is good. Just make sure you request whatever sauces you will need(soy sauce, duck sauce, hot mustard as they dont typically send without you requesting even with sushi orders) . Portions are very generous! We will continue ordering from them. Also, they allow you to request special orders. For example, I dont like veggies in my lo mein but their order says "vegetable lo mein" and they prepard food without veggies for us and they have a huge selection of food ranging from chinese, hibatchi, sushi, soups and dessert. Definitely one of our "go to's" when we order!!! "

"If you've never tried Koi you're missing out. This is definitely my fav asian takeout restaurant. They have a great selection of food(so many choices so little time lol) the veggie Mandarin Lo Mein Noodle and veggie Regular Fried Rice are always delish, & full of fresh veggies. The noodles & the rice are cooked perfectly. They're not mushy from being overcooked. Lots of yummy sushi rolls to choose from. The Pork Dumplings are really good too. My husband likes to try something different each time we order. He says he hasn't had a bad meal yet. Food is always piping hot when it arrives. Portions are big enough for me to get 2 sometimes 3 more meals out of it. Give it a try I promise you won't be disapointed! "
