"I had a question concerning a sauce on my order and when I called Denzel or possibly spelled, Danzel (not entirely sure on the correct spelling) either way was the perfect person to hear so early in the morning. He helped me out, answered my questions and provided great customer service overall. If he's not one of the managers he should be. If he is he's so far my favorite manager at this location other than the woman I've encountered. I've done drive-through here a few times and male manager with the glasses is not the friendliest or most personable at all. However, this encounter with( I hope he doesn't mind me referring to him as D since idk the correct spelling of his name) D was really personable understanding and very accommodating. I rarely order from Wendy's anymore but honestly this experience reminded me why I should. It was my first time getting breakfast for my aunt from here, I wanted her to be able to have a try of something before she committed to having it on her entire sandwich (it was still paid for I just wanted it on the side for her) and he allowed me to call in and ask for a specification to the order since there isn't a way to ask for it through DD. 10/10 for this visit today! "First of all...FREAKIN DELISH 😋 Second, the portion size for all of it is HUGE! Pasta 🍝 and garlic rolls 🥖 for DAYS dude! The Quincenera Pasta dish is on point! Chef's kiss 💋!!! Not sure what is going on but the quality and substance of the food is nothing like it was and certainly NOT worth 17.99 for a turkey sandwich with ONE piece of meat! "I ordered the family meal 4-5 servings. Grilled lemon chicken breast, mashed potatoes and green beans. The meal was packaged well and still hot. Chicken breast was tender which I was worried about, but It was delicious. It came with charred lemon halves which I squeezed over the chicken and a sauce that was creamy and delicious. The green beans or cook perfectly. The mashed potatoes were flavorful. It fed for adults and we have leftovers. I was surprised at how much food they're actually was. I received 25% off. I paid less than $10 a serving. All in all it ordered this again. "

The marinara sauce on the spaghetti had no seasoning/flavor. My wife ordered the lasagna w/ meat sauce. The lasagna actually had an odd taste that we could not pinpoint. Not even my kids would eat it and each loves lasagna and we ended up throwing it out. The portions on all the meals were good size but I will not order from this restaurant in the future. It was poor quality."
