The carrots were really soft for him. I ordered him the bowl and it's a perfect size for a single meal. The bagel chips that came with it are always heaven from Brent's, I've had them before and my grandfather loved dipping them in the soup and munching on them. "This review is specifically for the iced coffee. The large Vietnamese iced coffee is the epitome of false advertising. Take a look at the official menu photo and just compare it to reality. The large iced coffee is about 1/4 actual coffee while the rest of the cup is loaded to the brim with ice to try and make it appear as if there is more coffee, but that only gives the illusion of under half while over half of the cup is just foam. This is a $5 large iced foam. 1 star iced coffee, good flavor, I'd order two."
