"I have always enjoyed Aunt Butchies food, but tonight was a miss. The Caesar Salad was fine, but $19 is a poor value and my husband prefers the local pizzeria's dressing. The Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Rabe had its own problems. The chicken was dry and the broccoli rabe was way over-seasoned with red pepper flakes to the extent of being almost inedible. I've enjoyed this dish multiple times from this restaurant but tonight was not a good night for them. I'm going to have a hard time ever convincing my husband to order from there again."

"I have tried multiple items from this place over the last week. They have never disappointed with each food ordered being better than the last. The Torpedo Hero was delicious, the Tortolini Alfredo was amazing, the Rigatoni dish with the prosciutto in the sauce incredible. The garlic bread was cheesy and tasty. "There needs to be a "meh" rating.
The rigatoni with Sunday gravy is awful. Sunday gravy is meant to have meat in it. It's supposed to be deeply complex and rich because it cooks for most of a day. This Sunday gravy tastes like they opened a can of tomato sauce and dumped it right on the pasta. I don't get it. Spaghetti sauce is not that hard to make! The meatballs needed salt. They over cooked the sausage - it was dry and flavorless. The salad came dressed in too much dressing so it was nice and limp. The pasta, like 98% of pizza joints was cooked in unsalted water, so it was bland. But, at least it wasn't overcooked. The stromboli looks good - I got it for tomorrow's lunch so I haven't tried it yet.
Weirdly, the special rigatoni with prosciutto and peas was excellent. If I didn't
know otherwise I'd say that dish came from a totally different restaurant.
The tiramisu was ok. The chocolate mousse pie was very good. Luckily portion sizes were large enough to share, so we could share."

"I’m leaving a 5-star review because the customer service and overall food quality here truly deserve it. The staff is always respectful, attentive, and professional, and when everything is on point, the food is excellent.
That said, I want to share some honest feedback so the experience can be more consistent. The zeppoles are a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes they come out perfect—soft, warm, and fully filled—but other times they arrive with a very hard exterior and a hollow inside, which makes them uncomfortable to eat unless reheated. Unfortunately, microwaving changes the texture and doesn’t really fix the issue. I understand this may be due to distance and how they cool during delivery, since items like zeppoles are sensitive to temperature and timing.
The only other concern I’ve had is with drink orders. I specifically request regular soda (not zero), and even when I call to confirm, I’ve still received the wrong one multiple times. It may be a simple mistake, but it has happened enough that it stands out.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place because they clearly care about their customers and the quality of their food. With a little more consistency—especially with certain items and order accuracy—this would easily be a flawless experience every time."
