"oh my gosh! I have been to Pana donuts several times and every time it has been great. but this time they really went above and beyond. I ordered a half dozen donuts and one extra donut because I was trying really hard to order the croissant sometimes called the cronut but I couldn't find it anywhere online so I put it in the notes "hey if you can find one that's what I really want but I couldn't find it on the app if not no worries thanks" unlike most retailers who I feel don't even ever read the notes this place went above and beyond they got me the donut I really wanted the cronut as it were and they even gave me an extra one! I was having a really rough day and this really really made my day. all of the donuts got amazing compliments from my family and I will definitely be purchasing from this business again and spreading my story about what a great business they truly are because it is so rare these days and people tend to only share when something goes wrong. thanks again!"
