"To preface, I'm not a huge fan of piada because I believe the quality of the food is not respective of the price paid.
I ordered the regular size Carbonara Pasta with added "crispy calamari" and "salmon" for almost a $12 up charge.
The calamari is not fried golden brown, which made it quite underwhelming; however, the salmon is fine --- it is cooked to about a medium temperature.
My next observation would be the spinach, there are full, uncooked spinach leaves in my pasta. It would've taken not even a full 5 minutes to reduce this sauce and cook the spinach properly. The same 5 minutes they could've taken to fry the calamari properly."

Also not near as much avocado as prior times. So I know I got short changed! The lemon ricotta pancakes were over cooked on one side of both rendering them dry and with the hint of burned taste. Very disappointing. A huge waste of $50"
