The sandwhich was good it just would have been better with the avocado cut and placed correctly and more veggies & meat. This was my first time trying this restaurant. I've been ordering from Romeo and Juliet for a while now, and I have to say that their French bread is consistently delicious! However, I've noticed that the packaging and handling could use some improvement. Every time I order, the bread is simply tossed into a paper bag without any additional protection, and then sent off with a dash driver. This can be a bit rough on the bread, and I've had instances where it's arrived slightly crushed or disheveled.
Moreover, the bag is often dropped off at my front steps, which makes me a bit concerned about hygiene. I'd love it if the bakery could consider using a more secure and sealed bag to protect the bread during transit. Not only would this help preserve the bread's freshness and texture, but it would also ensure that it arrives in a more sanitary condition.
It would be a great touch if the bakery could take a few extra seconds to wrap the bread more carefully or use a bag that's designed for shipping baked goods. This small extra step would make a big difference in the overall experience. Despite this, I still love the bread and would like to continue ordering from Romeo and Juliet. With a bit more care in packaging, I think the experience would be even better. 3/5 stars for now, hoping they'll take customer feedback to heart!"
